As a warmup I suggest you try the Mathematics History archive at
Index
of Biographies and read about
Cauchy, Riemann,
etc.
The articles listed as required reading can be down loaded, except
the last one,
from the
JSTOR link,
(Bilkent use only).
The English translation of the last article can be found as an
appendix in H. M. Edwards's book Riemann's Zeta Function. I intend to
keep the book during the term and you can borrow it from me anytime.
